Theatre Behind the Curtain: The Nutty Professor

Loud Watch Productions are pleased to present a stage reading of new story and songs for "The Nutty Professor" Musical - adapted from Jerry Lewis' classic romantic comedy motion picture. The Center will be the home of this premier theatre education event as actors and director come together to perform the roles in front of an audience for the first time, without staging, dance or costumes. This is a totally new adaptation from the movie screenplay, and the audience will be witness to molding and polishing - and trial and error- as boundaries are pushed and notes exchanged to develop a musical that will some day be on Broadway or The West End. See how theatre works behind the curtain. Ned McLeod, executive producer; Michael Andrew, director, author and playiing the dual roles of Julius Kelp and Buddy Love; reading co-presented and produced by Jeanie Linders and Ned McLeod.
